Show Season 2005
Wils and Lisa had their inaugural show season in the dressage ring.
There were some highlights - like a 70% score at the Black Hills Show in
July (AA Training Level Test 2) and some challenges - like getting the nerves under control for his
first venture into the show world. Overall, we had a great first year
out. Thanks to all who helped us get there: hubby - Scott;
trainers - Susen Shumaker, Natalie Hamilton and Elaine Banfield, and the
support of family and friends!
May 2004
Shamrock just completed two months of intensive training at Adams
Friesians with trainer Bret Adams! He now has polished his riding
skills and has learned to drive! He looks incredible - he is so fit!
April 2004
Lisa just finished an intensive week long Dressage training in Germany at
Schloss Sindlingen. She worked with the internationally known
trainers, Fritz Pape and his daughter, Ira. Their skills and training
abilities were incredible. Watching them on horses was literally
poetry in motion. It was exquisite, beautiful and breathtaking to see
what they and their horses can do. It was the most incredible
experience ever on a horse. If you are interested in something like
this go to www.hobbyhorsetours.com
and set up your training vacation - You won't be disappointed. Shown
here in the picture is Lisa (center) with trainers Ira (left) and Herr Pape
